Bochum'daki muayenehanesinde sırtını başarıyla tedavi ettiren bir arkadaşımdan Dr. Theodoridis hakkında bilgi almıştım. İstanbul'dan, benim için çok daha yakın olduğu için, Selanik'teki muayenehanesine gittim. Kendisi, söylemeliyim ki, çok yetkin ve modern bir ortopedi cerrahı. Aylardır şiddetli omurga ağrısı çekiyordum; L4 ve L5'te fıtıklaşmış diskim vardı. İstanbul'da bir ortopedi cerrahı ve iki nörocerrah gördüm ve hepsi ameliyat önerdi. Selanik'e vardığımda, sorunun sinirde olduğu ve özel enjeksiyonların sinirdeki şişmeyi azaltacağı detaylı bir şekilde anlatıldı. Çoğu durumda, fıtıklaşmış disk daha sonra yavaş yavaş geriliyor. Bu yüzden tedaviye başladım (4-5 gün boyunca günde iki kez). İkinci günden itibaren kendimi önemli ölçüde daha iyi hissettim. Ve bu, aylarca süren ağrı, ilaç ve fizik tedaviden sonra, sadece minimal bir rahatlama sağladıktan sonra oldu. Ve en iyi yanı! Üç ay sonra, MR ile doğrulandığı üzere, fıtıklaşmış disk tamamen kaybolmuştu! Ameliyata gerek kalmadı. Dr. Theodoridis, enjeksiyonları röntgen rehberliği olmadan ve kortizon kullanmadan uyguladı. Kendisi bu alanda dünyaca ünlü bir uzmandır ve konu hakkında birçok kitap yazmıştır. Selanik'teki muayenehanesi çok modern ve kusursuz derecede temizdir ve ekibi inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldir. Bundan sonra, ortopedik bir sorunum olduğunda, Selanik'teki Dr. Theodoridis'e gideceğim! Şiddetle tavsiye ederim!
