Repetitive Motion Load

The term repetitive motion load describes the systematic strain on a joint or muscle group due to continuous and repeated movements. This type of load can cause pain, inflammation, stiffness, or degeneration in muscles, tendons, and ligaments, especially when the movements are intense or performed without adequate rest. Prevention and management include proper ergonomics, breaks, strengthening exercises, and, if necessary, evaluation by an orthopedic specialist for appropriate treatment.
