Digital Pedography

Digital pedography is a modern diagnostic examination used to analyze plantar pressure distribution, both in standing position and during walking. Using a specialized pressure platform, accurate data is collected to help identify dysfunctions and overloads of the musculoskeletal system.

The examination is painless, quick, and provides valuable information regarding:

  • pressure distribution across the feet
  • body posture
  • gait symmetry
  • possible biomechanical deviations of the lower limbs

Digital pedography contributes to:

  • identifying causes of pain in the feet, knees, hips, and lower back
  • diagnosing conditions such as flat feet or high arches
  • designing individualized orthotic insoles
  • monitoring treatment progress

It is particularly useful in cases such as:

  • plantar fasciitis
  • lower limb pain
  • sports injuries
  • postural and gait disorders

Benefits of digital pedography:

  • accurate and objective assessment
  • early detection of overload patterns
  • targeted and individualized intervention
  • improved comfort and daily function

This examination is a key tool for comprehensive evaluation and appropriate treatment of lower limb disorders.
