Hamstring tightness
Condition characterized by a restriction of normal movement between the hip and the femur. It may be caused by injuries, inflammation, degenerative changes, or anatomical abnormalities in the area. It can lead to difficulty with hip movements, a feeling of “tightness,” and possible pain during walking or exercise. Diagnosis is made through clinical examination and imaging tests. Treatment depends on the underlying cause and may include physiotherapy or other therapeutic interventions.
