Trochanteritis

Trochanteritis is inflammation of the tissues around the greater trochanter of the femur, causing pain on the outer side of the hip and difficulty in leg movements. It often occurs in athletes or individuals with excessive strain. Treatment includes rest, medication, and physiotherapy.
