Thoracic disc disease

A degenerative or pathological condition of the intervertebral discs in the thoracic spine, which may lead to disc protrusion or herniation and possible compression of neural structures, causing thoracic pain, referred pain in the chest wall or abdomen, and, more rarely, neurological symptoms.
