Cervical spinal canal stenosis

Cervical spinal canal stenosis is a pathological narrowing of the cervical spinal canal, usually of degenerative origin. It may be caused by disc disease, osteophytes, ligament hypertrophy, or other anatomical changes, leading to compression of the spinal cord and/or nerve roots. It presents with neck pain, neurological symptoms, and, in advanced cases, myelopathy.
