Dizziness (vertigo)

Dizziness or vertigo is a sensation of instability or of the surrounding environment rotating. Although it is not a strictly orthopedic symptom, it may be related to problems of the cervical spine. It is often accompanied by nausea or balance disturbances. It requires investigation to exclude neurological or other causes.
