Referred visceral pain to the back

Back pain that does not originate from the spine or the musculoskeletal system, but is referred from disorders of internal organs such as the kidneys, pancreas, or abdominal and thoracic viscera. It occurs due to shared neural pathways and requires differential diagnosis from orthopedic causes.
