Post-traumatic arthritis

Post-traumatic arthritis is a degenerative joint condition that develops following an injury. It causes pain, stiffness, and restricted joint mobility. The condition results from damage to the articular cartilage or from joint instability caused by the trauma. It typically progresses gradually over time.
