Neurogenic claudication –

Pain, numbness, or weakness in the legs during walking caused by compression of nerve structures, usually from lumbar spinal stenosis. The pain occurs with activity and is often relieved when the patient sits or leans forward, a position that opens the spinal canal and reduces pressure on the nerves.
