Neutral alignment position

The neutral alignment position is the anatomical posture in which the joints are in a physiological, non-stressed alignment. In this position, forces are evenly distributed across tissues. It is used as a reference point in physiotherapy and orthopedic assessment. Maintaining it reduces the risk of injury. Deviations from it can affect body mechanics.
