Nerve

A nerve is a structure of the nervous system composed of many nerve fibers (axons) that transmit electrical signals between the brain, spinal cord, and various parts of the body. Nerves act as "communication cables," allowing the body to move, feel, perceive stimuli, and control functions such as muscle movement and organ activity.
