Morton’s Neuroma

Morton’s neuroma is a thickening and irritation of a nerve between the metatarsal bones of the foot, most commonly between the third and fourth toes. It causes burning, pain, and a sensation of numbness in the forefoot. Symptoms often worsen with tight footwear or prolonged standing. Treatment may include footwear modification, orthotic devices, or interventional procedures.
