Medical Training Therapy (MTT)

After physiotherapy for the treatment of back pain, medical training therapy—also performed by physiotherapists—aims to prevent disorders of the spine. This specialized exercise program is used for further mobilization and stabilization of the spine. The training includes repetitive exercises (repetition method), with the number of sets adapted to individual deficits. A functional assessment is performed before starting to identify impairments such as muscle imbalances, hypermobility, and hypomobility. The therapy is carried out in different body positions (standing, sitting, lying) using specialized equipment such as tilt boards, exercise balls, pulley systems, mobilization benches, and others.
