Lumbosciatica

Pain that originates in the lumbar spine (lower back) and radiates along the course of the sciatic nerve, usually extending to the buttock and the back of the leg. It is often caused by irritation or compression of the nerve roots in the lower back, such as from a herniated intervertebral disc or degenerative changes of the spine. It may be accompanied by numbness, tingling, or weakness in the lower limb.
