Pubic symphysitis (osteitis of the pubic symphysis)

Inflammation of the pubic symphysis due to overuse or trauma. It causes pain in the pelvic region, stiffness, and difficulty walking. It is common in athletes with repetitive movements. Treatment includes rest, physiotherapy, and anti-inflammatory medication.
