Humeroulnar joint

The humeroulnar joint is the main joint of the elbow and is formed between the humerus and the ulna. It is a hinge-type joint and primarily allows flexion and extension movements of the elbow. It plays an important role in the stability and functional use of the upper limb during daily activities. Injuries, fractures, or degenerative conditions may affect its mobility and cause pain or stiffness. Rehabilitation may include physiotherapy, mobility exercises, and strengthening depending on the cause of the injury.
