Hemibody (right/left)

The hemibody refers to the right or left half of the human body. This division is commonly used in clinical practice to assess neurological and motor functions. Each hemibody includes the upper and lower limbs, as well as the corresponding half of the trunk and head. The evaluation of right or left hemibody function is important in conditions such as stroke and neurological injuries. Identifying deficits in one hemibody helps in planning rehabilitation and therapeutic intervention.
