Genu varum (bow legs).

The terms bow legs or genu varum describe a varus deformity of the knees. The lower limbs show outward curvature, with the knees deviating away from each other. This alignment can be normal in early childhood but may persist pathologically in adults. Causes may include metabolic, developmental, or mechanical factors.
