Inflammatory Degeneration

Inflammatory degeneration refers to the process in which tissues, such as tendons, ligaments, or cartilage, undergo wear and simultaneously exhibit inflammation. This usually causes pain, tenderness, limited mobility, and stiffness in the joints or muscles. The condition can result from repetitive strain, injuries, or chronic inflammatory diseases, and management includes rest, medication, physiotherapy, and, in some cases, evaluation by an orthopedic specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
