Dorsalgia

Dorsalgia is pain located in the back or the thoracic region of the spine. It may result from muscle strain, poor posture, or degenerative changes. The pain can be acute or chronic, depending on the cause. It is often accompanied by stiffness and limited movement. Treatment includes rest, physiotherapy, and management of the underlying cause.
