Cyclops lesion

Cyclops lesion is a fibrous scar tissue lesion that may occur after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. It typically forms in the anterior part of the knee and prevents full extension of the joint. Patients often report a feeling of blocking or stiffness. Treatment may require arthroscopic debridement.
