Costotransverse block

A surgical or minimally invasive technique aimed at decompressing the nerve roots in the thoracic region of the spine. It involves removing part of the rib and the transverse process of the vertebra (costotransverse region). It is mainly applied in cases of nerve compression, tumors, or other pathologies. The goal is to reduce pain and improve neurological function.
