Chronic tendinitis
Chronic tendinitis is the prolonged inflammation of a tendon, usually due to repetitive strain or microtrauma. It causes pain, tenderness, and restricted movement in the affected area. The condition can last for weeks or months and requires rest, physiotherapy, or other treatments to relieve symptoms. It commonly occurs in the shoulder, elbow, knee, or heel.
