Chronic joint instability
Chronic joint instability is a condition in which a joint does not maintain a stable position during movement, often due to loose or injured ligaments. It causes a feeling of “looseness,” recurrent injuries, and pain during activity. It can affect joints such as the shoulder, knee, or ankle. Management includes strengthening exercises, physiotherapy, or surgical stabilization in severe cases.
