Cervical Spinal Nerve Analgesia (CSPA) is a minimally invasive injection therapy performed in the cervical spine to treat neck pain and cervical radicular pain.
Through a targeted injection of a local anesthetic, with or without a corticosteroid, near the affected nerve root, inflammation is reduced and pain relief is achieved. This pain may radiate to the shoulder, arm, or shoulder blade. The procedure is safe, well tolerated, and contributes to improved functionality and quality of life for the patient.
