Cervical disc disease (cervical discopathy)

Cervical disc disease (cervical discopathy) is a degenerative and/or pathological condition affecting the intervertebral discs of the cervical spine. It may lead to reduced disc height and elasticity, disc bulging or herniation, and possible compression of nerve roots or the spinal cord, causing neck pain, stiffness, and neurological symptoms in the upper limbs.
