Bone necrosis

Bone necrosis is the death of bone tissue due to lack of blood supply. It causes pain, bone collapse, and joint dysfunction. It can be caused by trauma, medications, or vascular problems. Diagnosis is made with MRI, and treatment may be conservative or surgical.
